HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED TO PLACE AN ORDER?

Recommend 4 weeks’ notice. We cannot guarantee a spot so sooner you place an order the better

DO YOU OFFER CAKE TASTING?

Cake tasting can be organised for bridal parties only, conditions apply

HOW SHOULD I TRANSPORT MY CAKE?

Keep your cake flat on the floor or a handy helper in the passenger seat, drive really slow especially over the speed humps and keep the air conditioning going

DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?

Yes, we do offer delivery for all cakes and cupcakes within 50km, wedding cake delivery is part of your package

DO YOU OFFER NUT-FREE, GLUTEN-FREE AND VEGAN OPTIONS?

Our cakes are prepared in one kitchen with the same equipment, so if you cannot have trace of Nut unfortunately it cannot be avoided. However, we do offer Gluten-free and Vegan cakes and cupcakes

HOW SHOULD I STORE MY CAKES/CUPCAKES?

If your cake is fondant finish they are to be kept in room temperature and if it butter cream and consumed on the same day it can be kept in room temperature and leftovers in the fridge

DO YOU HAVE A SHOPFRONT THAT I CAN VISIT?

Unfortunately, we do not have a shopfront. However, please keep a look out in the near future

WHAT IF I AM AFTER A FLAVOUR THAT IS NOT LISTED ON YOUR WEBSITE?

Please let us know if you are after a flavour that is not listed and will do our best to accommodate

HOW LONG DOES MY CAKE LAST FOR?

Cakes are best eaten within 24 hours of pick-up as they made to order and baked to the last hour. Each cake life is slightly different to each other, please ask upon pick up

REFUND AND RETURNS

Once order is confirmed, their is no refund. If a date is needed to be changed, you are able to if availability permits if not a credit will be given upon fair decision by Jagery. We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind or damage the cake. If an issue arises you must notify asap and keep the cake till further advice.
